Account Suspended Notification
Hello, I've been V.P. customer for years, and have had my account suspended temporarily once a year when my credit card expires. I just wanted to suggest that the four emails in a row I receive every year SUSPENDED! SUSPENDED! SUSPENDED! SUSPENDED! might be a little over the top. Good grief! I just needed one notification that my card had expired and I jumped right on and updated the exp. date. I enjoy buying products from your site and have two websites, but maybe a reminder to customers (in ONE email) that their credit card is about to expire or has expired rather than the current notification system which is a bit annoying to be honest. Thank you!
