Why not just make canceling a website easy. They work well, sold the listing I had, now I just need to cancel. The easier it is the more likely I will be to use vistaprint again. The harder it is the less likely I will use it. Making it difficult to cancel a site doesn't make people stay it just makes them mad and costs you a customer.

Omg. I cannot find a way to cancel the website thing.
It's too time consuming and the end result is.. tacky. No real options to edit or do much.

I couldn't find anything on the Vista website either. Then I called the number below and after pressing about 20 different automated number responses - I got a person. From there it took only 5 minutes to cancel mine.

  I also had no problem getting my website cancelled. Just call 1 866 811 1674 Press all appropriate buttons to get to "help with the site builder". A nice lady took care of it for me. Thank you Nancy for your help!!

I have asked on the telephone several months ago for one of my webites to be cancelled - why is it still here, and why am I still being charged for it??? Sort it out Vista or I'm going elsewhere!!!!

  I double checked after I finally was able to cancel and saw that the Web Builder was not cancelled. I had to go back through the cancellation process and cancel this option even though I had chosen to cancel the entire subscription.

I want to cancel my website as I am no longer in business. How do I do this. i have followed to the letter the many varied suggestions. No joy. This is my 4th request and each month you continue to take monies from my bank account. Stop at once.

  I call customer service (in India) and a very nice lady walked me through it:
  After you sign in go to My Resources, then to:
  
  Account Information
  Actions
  My Subscriptions
  Cancel Account (this is where the confusion is)
  
  You will see what to do from this point. This doesn't cancel you entire account, but it will give you the option to cancel your website. Then you have to cancel any options you ordered along with your website, like Web Builder. Cancelling "entire subscription" doesn't cancel the options. Be careful. I think Vistaprint is a little sneaky and when I complained about this the lady said they were aware of if and were "working on it". I also told them their website is a little difficult to navigate. Poor woman - it's not her fault.

I think I successfully cancelled the web site by dialling the above phone number (866-811-1674) in about 6 minutes working through the IVR options, getting the live rep, Carrie, and completing the transaction.

I finally figured out how to do it...

Click on My Account in the top right of the screen by the cart

Then click on View my Subscriptions under the My Services box

Click on Account Information in the top bar

Click on Manage Subscription under Actions

Choose Delete

Then it gives you a delete confirmation.... hopefully they won't keep charging. I can't believe how hard they've made it to find how to cancel.

  I just called them, and was very curt and abrupt with my demand to have it cancelled without a spam influx of emails.

I finally figured out how to do it... Click on My Account in the top right of the screen by the cart Then click on View my Subscriptions under the My Services box Click on Account Information in the top bar Click on Manage Subscription under Actions Choose Delete Then it gives you a delete confirmation.... hopefully they won't keep charging. I can't believe how hard they've made it to find how to cancel.
