I have been unable to access my email all morning! What's up??? I keep getting a message that says the email address/password combination doesn't match. I tried changing my password, but that didn't work either. I called the support desk, and was on eternal hold. Can only imagine it's not just my problem today!
This is not the first time I've had to deal with this sort of issue, and frankly it's getting to be a waste of valuable time. I could be losing business over this!!!!

I am loosing business this is ridicules, get it sorted or I intend to take legal advise, I am paying for a service and not getting it.
Customer service well that's a joke.... V.P. you will need to get pro active and sort this ... no more flash adds on t.v. just do the basics and you might keep some customers.. -

Frustrated. I have two email addresses through vistaprint and neither will open up right now. WTH? This seems to happen at least once a month. Get it together vistaprint.

I finally got on about half an hour ago but had to change my password to get in. Dont know why but still wouldnt let me log in. The whole format of the emails has changed now also and i dont like it, why mess around with it.

I am having problems accessing my business emails. I have customers that communicate through emails and if they need something how am I supposed to know. I see each month YOU get your money for this service, but what do you intend to do about missed business. I am sure if your customers charged you for lost wages you would be pretty upset and probably refuse to rectify the problems you have been having.

We also have the new formatted email (I don't like it either!), but we can't open all of the new emails!!! It sometimes works, if we hit the "reply" button, sometimes not. I notice that the 24/7 customer service chat is not available!

Having the same issue again today. I know what the password is and it is saying it's wrong. It will not let me reset it & the "manage e-mail" choice on the dashboard menu is not there. HELP PLEASE!

So, reading back the last couple of years I see a common problem with VistaPrint email. Yes I'm having the same problem. Can't access email. It says my password is incorrect. Stupid link to change passwords requires current password. How stupid can this be? Duh! How about a two-step verification process when a user does not know their current password so it can be changed without all of this rigamarole? Seems simple enough. Now can SOMEONE help me with this problem besides telling me to click the stupid F*%$#U#@ link to reset password? Because that does NOT work!

I got mine to fix for now. Had to log into the dashboard. Manually change the password there and then go to log into the mail by logging in http://mail.WEBSITENAME.com/

I have changed the password multiple times after not being able to log in today. I am still unable to log in to my email all day today. Also, the process to discover how to change the password is very convoluted and ridiculous. This is unacceptable.
