Once you have the email address set up, you can check your email with our easy-to-use Webmail client. Follow these steps to login to the Webmail client:
1.Log in to your Vistaprint account and go to your Website or Business Email Dashboards.
2.Click on the “Check Your Email” button at the top of the page. If you don’t see this button, your email box may not be set up yet. It can take up to 1-2 hours for a mailbox to be setup, but normally it only takes a few minutes.
3.This should take you to the Vistaprint Webmail client. If you set up your email box for yourself, you should be automatically logged in to your email. If the account was set up for someone else, you will be prompted to enter an email address and password.

I've passed along the issue to our technical support team. I noticed that you're using a pointed domain, and this is typically the root cause. Although the case, it looks like the domain is pointing correctly. As soon as I have more information I'll circle back.

I can't even find mine to try to log in! I had no problem finding it the last time I was in here. This is very frustrating when you put items that we pay for in a place that we can't find. I'm "this" close to moving my business elsewhere.

I cannot get into my email and I need it right away. Why do I need my password? I have never used it and now can't remember it. But I can't reset it because I don't know my old one. Why is everything so difficult and not running smoothly anymore. I'm ready to shut this one down and get one at some other site!!!!

I did all of the above and it still would not open. I've used it for 8 months so I know how to open it -- it just refused to open. If it did open and I clicked on an email it would say the site was not responding and to try again later. That was my frustration.

URGENT. I had changed my bank account details as my purse was stolen. I forgot to update my Vistaprint account details, so the account was suspended... I have updated my details today & payment has been received. Although my account is now up and running again, I cant seem to access the emails that I had before. Can you ensure my package is set with my old emails? Please let me know when I can access them again.

Using your Samsung galaxy S3 to check your vista print email.
1) go to your email and press the menu key
2) press settings
3) press + sign (icon)
4) on the set up email section follow the prompt
5) press manual set up
6) Press pop3 account
7) Incoming server settings: on the User name would your email address;
sample> (info@itzrepairzone.com) and then your password
8) On the pop3 server replace (pop) to (mail) sample> mail.itzrepairzone.com
and then it will automatically set up the smtp.- view 2 more comments

Hi Stephen,
Try changing the background color or the text color. Go to email and click any email subject to view then press menu key. You'll see some option choose font (text) color or choose background color. I hope this help. -

This answer doesn't help. If I could simply FIND the dashboard I could go into it but there's no clue how to get there. I've been there before and set it up, but now several test e-mails have failed to forward and I'm losing business. And I can't find a way to even look at the settings!

not quite sure what your saying, but you can got www.vistaprint.com and log in, after log in in click (Go to my services) it will take you to your dashboard and set your setting to your preferences. I hope this help. -

OK I eventually found the dashboard (it had been a while and the path to it is counterintuitive); however after additional tests I have determined that e-mail sent directly to the Vistaprint address does get forwarded as it should, while any message sent to the "Contact Us" box on the page goes nowhere and is never seen again. So I have half the problem fixed, but if anyone uses the "Contact Us" form, it's useless.

I do not have the "check my email" button in my website dashboard anymore. I know my email addresses are set up as I have checked them a few times before and they have been stup for a month. But suddenly for the last 3-5 days since the dashboard has changed, I no longer have the check email button.

I have had my website account frozen temporarily because my business is currently suspended so I wanted the website offline. This has been fine for me and I have occasionally reactivated the website so I could make changes and then deactivated it again. I have still been able to access my emails by choosing 'check my email' button on the dashboard. Fine.
Yesterday I decided to reactivate my website to make changes. Yet I have been told on the phone today that there is a technical problem so I can't access it anyway. I have therefore deactivated it again but am dismayed to note that it appears I will be charged the full fee instead of the £1.99 next month even though the website has only been activated for a day or so and I haven't been able to make changes! Please confirm that I will still only be charged the frozen fee of £1.99 and not the full amount.
Furthermore, during the process, my email access has disappeared- presumably a technical glitch that has occurred linked to my having activated/deactivated the website? Instead of showing 'check my email' the button now says 'set up email'. I hope I have not lost my email account and emails?!!!!!!!!

you need to start to create a mail account on your phone. And you choose IMAP port 143 and a you write your full email adrress and a server is mail.your domena. Than you fill up SMTP server, a port is 587 and here you again write the same server name mail.your domena. The problem in my case was that I always filled up the smtp server as smtp.my domain, is a mystake, there should be mail.my domain. So now it works, good luck to you also.
