What's the maximum size for an audio mp3 upload?
I need to upload a mp3 file to the website, and Vistaprint software doesn't allow me, it is another way to upload?

1Hi Ivonne,
Thanks for reaching out. Which website package are you in? MP3 uploads are included as part of the Standard or Professional Website package.
Our max upload size is 10MB. However, if you're planning to auto-play the mp3, and the file is large, we won't let you upload it because it will significantly hurt your bandwidth.
If you are in one of those packages and are still experiencing difficulty, can you send across your website domain name so the team can look into it?

Hi Ivonne,
I just reached out to our development team and it looks like customers are experiencing long upload times within the builder. This may be the cause of your issue above.
The team is currently investigating the issue and I'll let you know once we find out the underlying cause.

the issue has been resolved. Are you able to upload the audio now?

Thank you for your respond. I had to edit the video/audio in three parts because it was too long. In that way I was able to loaded in my site through YouTube and then copy the link in your VistaPrint page edition.
Thank you! -

Now I know why my 17MB file wouldn't upload (duh!) Mystery solved...scooby do!

My 8.8MB file appeared to be uploading for several hours before I finally cancelled it. How long should it take?
-
The time will depend on internet connection, size of file, etc. I don't believe it should take several hours however. Have you tried uploading the file again?

I found a way around this.
You can use a Youtube video instead and have whatever you want! :-)
I created a Youtube video (well just a 30 min DJ mix and put a single picture on it and made it through Quicktime pro).
Works great. -

go to edit your website and find the video box and just delete it

As a minister of a young church fellowship, I wanted to include sermons on the website for people to download or just listen to on the site. The files are in MP3 format but are considerably larger than the 10mb allowed. We happen to use a Sony digital recorder as another user does. Breaking the sermons into smaller units would be a large task and possibly frustrating for those visiting the site with the intent to listen to or download more than one file.

I actually got an account from sermon.net, with it you can store the files there, it places not only MP3 files into links that can then be added to your vistaprint page, but also gives you the ability to host live podcasts and video. Free accounts with them gives you 10G space, but then you can also have a premium account that allows for 50G space a month, at a pretty reasonable price. Their customer service is also incredible. They look at themselves as partners in your ministry.

Thank you, Keith! I will definitely look into it I'm so glad to see members of the Body of Christ recognizing and understanding that every joint supplies! God Bless!

Does Vista Print truly support uploading MP3 files? I just purchased a new Sony digital recorder to record meeings to upload to my web site.
Vista Print says it does not support my file type. The file is an MP3.
Please advise.
